Seer Interactive, a remote-first digital marketing consultancy, seeks a Team Lead, SEO + GEO to own a $800K–$1MM+ portfolio and lead a 6–8 person team. You will serve as the executive voice across your book of business, manage C‑suite relationships, and drive long‑term ROI with the account team.

You’ll grow divisional revenue through client retention and selective upsell, while mentoring your team and shaping Seer’s AI‑driven SEO and GEO services for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of 6–8 people.
• Hands-on agency SEO+GEO with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate 5-year ROI into executive terms.
• Comfortable engaging CMOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of growing client portfolios and revenue.
