Qualifications

• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial stewardship in nonprofit or healthcare settings.
• Oversee programs, staff, processes, and systems for efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Experience in strategic planning and guiding mission-driven growth.
• Experience with fundraising, grant development, and partnerships to sustain resources.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Leadership at executive or senior management level in behavioral health, social services, or nonprofits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions and navigate regulatory compliance in behavioral healthcare.
