The Ohio Council seeks a Chief Executive Officer for House of Hope for Recovery in Columbus, OH. The role leads a historic nonprofit focused on recovery and behavioral health, reporting to the Board and guiding strategy, fundraising, and operations.

The CEO will strengthen financial sustainability, build community partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance (CARF), and drive mission impact through executive leadership and transparent governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in healthcare admin, business, or public administration.
• 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in behavioral health or nonprofit settings.
• Experience with fundraising and donor relations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and health financing.
• Proven ability to lead complex organizations through growth.
• Experience with CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance.
