Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or related field.
Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
7+ years of management experience with senior leadership exposure.
Experience overseeing behavioral health operations including quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, workforce development, and budget management.

Responsibilities
