Job description

The client is seeking a visionary, collaborative, mission-driven Chief Executive Officer to guide its next chapter of impact and growth. The client is a nonprofit public health organization focused on advancing population health through improved access to high-quality, integrated, comprehensive, and equitable health and human services, including coordinated primary care with behavioral support for vulnerable populations. The role will provide executive leadership to steward a complex, mission-driven organization and support its continued work in community health improvement.

The Chief Executive Officer will lead efforts to address population health needs and disparities by identifying and testing new approaches in collaboration with other health and human services organizations, including government health agencies. The client’s core expertise includes community-oriented integrated primary care, quality improvement, health information technology and data management, trauma-informed practice, infectious and chronic disease treatment and control, and early childhood development. The CEO will help strengthen The client’s position as a respected regional thought leader and catalyst for improving health outcomes and advancing equity across diverse communities.

In addition, the CEO will guide advocacy, professional and program development, individualized consultation, shared learning, and capacity-building technical assistance that helps other organizations operate more efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities will include expanding strategic partnerships and funding opportunities, sharing best practices through customized consulting and administrative and technological support, and advocating for policies that support partner work.
