Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in senior leadership or CEO role in behavioral health or acute care.
• Thorough knowledge of facility administration, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within inflexible timeframes and deliverables.
• Transformational leader with a track record in hospital administration and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a culture focused on high quality care and patient safety.
• Manage day-to-day operations and staff to achieve objectives across clinical and business metrics.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and payer relationships to sustain growth.
• Lead continuous improvement, regulatory readiness, and accreditation initiatives.
• Drive growth through new service lines, partnerships, and strategic community engagement.
