Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) seeks a visionary President & CEO to guide the organization after a planned retirement, building on decades of growth, innovation, and impact. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership in a complex organization.
• Experience in behavioral health, human services, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning.
• Ability to engage policymakers, funders, and community partners.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CHD’s strategic plan and vision.
• Lead cross-functional executive team and align programs across CHD.
• Oversee financial stewardship, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Build partnerships with government, healthcare, philanthropy and community stakeholders.
• Foster a people-centered, high-performing culture and board partnership.
