ReKlame Health in the United States is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for the CEO, reducing friction, shaping initiatives, and expanding executive bandwidth to tackle high-leverage problems across a fast-scaling behavioral health company.

You will own the operating cadence, goals and metrics, and decision support, working closely with the founder and leadership team to execute strategy and drive growth while maintaining patient access and clinician capacity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity; operations experience in high-growth health care startups; or a prior chief of staff role.
• Demonstrated record of owning cross-functional work end-to-end and shipping.
• Strong analytical and financial fluency with experience building models and dashboards.
• Exceptional written communication and ability to influence executives.

Responsabilités

• Design and run the company's operating cadence including weekly leadership meetings and quarterly planning.
• Build and maintain OKR and KPI infrastructure; surface variance early.
• Track CEO commitments and unblock blockers across the leadership team.
• Turn messy questions into decision-ready analyses with recommendations.
• Prepare updates and internal communications; ensure narrative accuracy.
• Lead special projects end-to-end to remove growth constraints.
