Job summary

ReKlame Health seeks a Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier for the CEO, reducing operational friction, driving strategic initiatives, and expanding executive bandwidth to tackle high leverage problems across a fast-scaling behavioral health company.

This role requires judgment to delegate, elevate, or execute as needed, and it will own the operating cadence, metrics, and cross-functional delivery. You will help turn strategy into execution while protecting the CEO's time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity; operations experience in high-growth health care startups; or a prior chief of staff role.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the company's operating cadence and planning system.
• Build and maintain OKR and KPI infrastructure.
• Track open commitments and escalate blockers.
• Turn messy questions into decision-ready analysis with memos and models.
• Prepare updates and internal communications; own narrative quality.
