Job summary

This role requires owning cross-functional work end-to-end, turning complex questions into decision-ready analysis, and delivering end-to-end projects that move the business forward with a strong emphasis on health care execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity; operations experience in high-growth health care startups; or a prior chief of staff role.
• Experience in health care is required.
• Demonstrated record of owning cross-functional work end-to-end, not just analyzing or advising, but shipping.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the company's operating cadence, including weekly leadership meetings and quarterly planning.
• Build and maintain OKR and KPI infrastructure; define key metrics and surface variance early.
• Track open commitments across the leadership team and escalate blockers.
• Turn complex questions into decision-ready analysis with memos, models, options, and recommendations.
• Prepare updates and internal communications; own narrative quality and numbers.
• Take on high-impact projects end-to-end and hand off to a permanent owner.
• Protect the CEO's time and provide strategic counsel.
