• Full-cycle recruiting experience for licensed clinical roles and corporate roles.
• Experience designing performance review processes, development frameworks, and pay bands from scratch.
• Experience owning a budget and advising a founder or CEO directly.

Responsibilities

• Define hiring bar and calibrate hiring managers across clinical and corporate roles.
• Align compensation planning, offers, and internal equity across states and functions.
• Build internship and early-career programs as pipelines for growth.
• Make hiring predictable with pipelines, time-to-fill metrics, and quality-of-hire assessments.
• Coach leadership and provide candid, data-driven feedback to peers.
