Rugiet Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to translate strategy into execution and keep the leadership team aligned as we scale. This is not a calendar-manager role—it focuses on strategic initiatives, cross-functional ownership, and preparing the CEO for high-stakes decisions.

You’ll drive projects from financial modeling to partnership deals, coordinate board deliverables, and ensure critical priorities stay on track while the company expands into sleep and peptide-based therapeutics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations or related fields such as consulting, investment banking, PE, or high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Strong financial acumen: build models, read P&L, and synthesize data into narrative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prep board materials.
• Experience supporting a CEO or senior exec team.
• Healthcare, DTC, or consumer health exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into execution for the leadership team.
• Own cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare CEO for critical conversations and decisions.
• Structure partnerships, board deliverables, and investor updates.
• Lead strategic initiatives like market entry and financial modeling for launches.
• Identify org gaps and work with People & Culture to address them.
