Job summary

Candor Health is a healthcare intelligence platform in the US focused on provider directory accuracy and high-quality data. We seek a CEO & Executive Operations leader to own internal processes, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth and impact.

You will work closely with the CEO and engineering/product teams to align OKRs, manage the internal cadence, and prepare leadership updates. This role offers early-stage impact and visibility across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting, business operations, or startup generalist roles.
• Strong organizational skills; multi-task across workstreams.
• Comfort with financial administration and vendor processes.
• Analytical and data-literate; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
• Exceptional written communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Able to work with discretion on sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CEO decisions and commitments are tracked and followed through.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and leadership communications.
• Lead vendor negotiations and renewals; manage relationships and contracts.
• Own company-wide operating cadence: meetings, leadership syncs, cross-functional standups.
• Prepare leadership updates including weekly summaries and product milestone updates.
• Coordinate OKRs and quarterly objectives with product and engineering teams.
• Track progress and surface blockers; provide recommendations to the CEO.
