Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director, CEO Communications to shape and execute an integrated CEO communications approach. You will translate enterprise priorities into clear messaging and ensure the CEO’s voice is consistently reflected across engagements, reports, and external platforms.

You will partner with the VP and lead end-to-end planning, shaping strategic messaging, and driving high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and storytelling for executive-level communications.
• Ability to shape messaging and maintain cohesive CEO voice across channels.

Responsibilities

• Shape CEO communications strategy with the VP and develop aligned messaging.
• Lead writer for the CEO, translating strategy into clear communications plans.
• Oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of CEO communications across platforms.
• Drive select CEO communications initiatives from concept to execution.
• Develop high-impact CEO content including speeches and town halls.
• Ensure messaging consistency with enterprise narrative and priorities.
• Collaborate with Media Relations for alignment between remarks and external strategy.
• Engage with Chief of Staff and senior leaders to align messaging with business priorities.
