Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a dynamic Executive Director, Enterprise & People Communications, to lead an integrated team shaping the company’s internal voice and ensuring consistency across the organization.

The role partners with the EVP, Chief People Officer, and drives enterprise narrative strategy, colleague communications, culture initiatives, and reputation integration to advance strategic priorities and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate/internal communications in a large, matrixed org.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level comms strategies.
• Proven ability to build enterprise narrative and multi-channel comms programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise narrative strategy to align colleagues with vision, direction, purpose, and values.
• Lead internal communications strategy, planning, and execution across channels and executive messaging.
• Drive culture programs and measure their impact on engagement and inclusion.
• Align internal messaging with external reputation efforts to maintain a cohesive brand story.
