Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience, including prior executive-level responsibility.
• A proven record of scaling a company, business unit, or comparable complex organisation.
• Strong business judgement across product, technology, operations, and go-to-market functions.
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, capital strategy, board engagement, or comparable financial-stakeholder leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing senior teams.
• Experience assessing, sponsoring, or leading commercially relevant AI, technology, or digital innovation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, stakeholder-management, and leadership capability.
• Ability to operate credibly with board-level stakeholders, investors, customers, partners, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the organisation’s vision, mission, and long-term enterprise strategy.
• Lead company-wide growth, profitability, market expansion, and performance priorities.
• Build, lead, mentor, and align the executive leadership team around clear accountability and execution.
• Make high-level strategic decisions across operations, investments, partnerships, and capital allocation.
• Lead fundraising activity and maintain effective investor-relations communications.
• Represent the organisation credibly with investors, board members, customers, strategic partners, and other external stakeholders.
