Job summary

Toptal is seeking a CEO of AI Services to lead a fast-moving, enterprise-focused AI services organization. You will architect frameworks, own the AI services strategy, and drive scalable operations across all AI initiatives in collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.

You will build and scale the AI services organization, deliver client-focused solutions, and ensure sustainable growth while maintaining a high-performance culture across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in scaling AI or technology organizations.
• Experience with P&L ownership and multi-service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for Toptal’s AI Services.
• Define leadership structure and capabilities for AI Services teams.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership and ensure accountability across AI Service lines.
• Translate strategy into detailed operational roadmaps for all AI Service areas.
• Establish scalable AI Services processes to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to execute on strategic priorities.
