Job summary

CVFine by Instrovate Technologies is seeking a Chief AI Officer to lead the AI vision, strategy, governance, and transformation agenda at board level. This executive role requires deep technical credibility combined with strategic and commercial skills to drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of technology leadership, including experience in managing AI programmes at scale. The position offers a total compensation of £200,000–£350,000 and the opportunity to participate in equity based on company structure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience with at least 5 years in VP or C-suite roles.
• Track record of delivering AI programmes at scale in production environments.
• Strong understanding of AI regulation including EU AI Act and emerging sector-specific AI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise AI strategy.
• Lead the AI transformation agenda across business units.
• Own the enterprise AI governance framework and ethical standards.
• Build the AI organisation including leadership team and Centre of Excellence.
• Manage AI vendor ecosystem and strategic partnerships.
