Job summary

RealManage, LLC seeks a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO in a PE-backed, high-visibility role. You will drive value creation through program management, analytics, and cross-functional leadership across operations, finance, HR, and technology.

You will lead strategic planning, encourage rapid decision-making, and guide major initiatives from analysis to implementation, including AI tooling adoption and M&A integration.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years at top-tier Aer management consulting or private equity, and 2+ years in operating leadership.
• MBA from a top program preferred.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives to financial results and influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong financial acumen: comfortable building and pressure-testing a P&L, budget, or business case.
• Project management discipline, strong written and verbal communication, board-ready materials.
• Practical fluency with AI and modern analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence: weekly ELT staff meetings, business performance reviews, and quarterly board prep and follow-through.
• Lead the value creation plan and program management office for 20+ initiatives with milestones and financial impact.
• Act as an integrator across functions, coordinating decisions and communication across operations, sales, finance, HR, and technology.
• Lead strategic planning including budgeting, long-range planning, and investment priorities with the CEO and sponsor team.
• Lead high-priority strategic projects end to end (tech investment prioritization, pricing, M&A integration, org design).
• Treat priorities as projects with clear work plans, milestones, and issue management.
• Improve operating reporting with Finance and IT to enable faster action on churn, revenue, and costs.
