Job summary

Toptal seeks a visionary CEO for its AI Services function to drive growth, strategy, and delivery across AI-driven offerings. You will own the end-to-end AI Services agenda, shaping organizational structure, roadmaps, and capabilities while scaling operations across products, engineering, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in scaling complex AI/technology organizations.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and growth.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for AI Services, including all AI-driven Service offerings.
• Define the organizational structure and leadership model for AI Services teams.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership with rigor, consistency, and accountability.
• Translate high-level AI strategy into detailed roadmaps for all areas.
• Establish scalable AI Services processes to ensure delivery excellence at scale.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to execute priorities.
• Drive a high-performance culture aligned with evolving business needs.
