Job summary

Puffy is hiring a President to own day-to-day performance across contribution, customer outcomes, execution and leadership quality. You will lead department heads within agreed strategy and delegated authority, reporting directly to the CEO.

The role is remote globally, with a base package and a 10% performance bonus based on base salary. AI-first approach is central: produce and challenge decision briefs, compare options, and hand off with accountable decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant business leadership experience, including 5+ years leading managers across multiple functions.
• Accountability for measurable commercial results with a track record of cross-functional impact.
• Demonstrated judgment about commercial trade-offs and organizational consequences.
• Personal use of AI (LLMs) to produce and challenge substantive work with checks and accountability.
• End-to-end decision ownership including implementation, acceptance and correction.

Responsibilities

• Lead department heads across Marketing, Retail, Digital Experience, Operations, Customer Support and Finance; own combined commercial and customer results.
• Set operating priorities and ensure execution within delegated authority.
• Evaluate options with AI, resolve cross-functional trade-offs and present with supported recommendations to the CEO.
• Oversee implementation and validation of decisions; ensure accountability and follow-through.
• Provide escalation and governance within delegated authority and use specialist advice as needed.
