Core Spaces seeks a Manager, Centralized Services – Business Process to build scalable processes that support Core’s centralized operations. You’ll partner with Operations, Accounting, Technology, and Property teams to translate business needs into practical, system-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or related functions.
• Experience evaluating, designing, and optimizing operational processes in multi-site, service-driven, or complex environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Centralization Strategy & Analysis: assess, optimize, and standardize centralized services across functions.
• Process design, documentation & governance: map requirements, maintain procedures, and ensure governance.
• Performance measurement & insights: develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Implementation & change management: support rollout of new processes and systems; drive stakeholder engagement.
• Vendor performance & escalation: manage escalations and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
