Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in multifamily property management or centralized operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach, influence, and support peers; lead experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite, CRM platforms, or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of centralized workflows, SOPs, Fair Housing, and Billingsley Standards of Excellence.
• Perform and support centralized property operations, including applications, lease documentation, renewals, move-ins, notices, and account support.
• Serve as an escalation resource for complex or exception-based transactions and resolve questions accurately and timely.
• Review workflows to identify inconsistencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization or automation.
• Partner with AI technologies to create efficient, streamlined processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training across the Centralized Support Specialists team.
