Core Spaces seeks a Manager, Centralized Services – Business Process to build scalable processes across Operations, Accounting, Technology and Property teams. You’ll translate business needs into practical solutions, improve reporting, and enable data-informed decisions that raise efficiency and the resident experience.

You will drive centralization initiatives from discovery through implementation, defining governance and ensuring consistent operations across the portfolio.
