Job summary

Billingsley seeks a Senior Centralized Support Specialist to guide centralized services across multifamily communities. You will lead, train, and oversee processes, ensuring SOP adherence and efficient resident-account management.

You’ll act as a subject-matter expert, coaching peers, reviewing performance, and driving standardization while collaborating with leadership on process improvements and tech adoption.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management or centralized operations experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and provide leadership to a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of centralized workflows, SOPs, Fair Housing, and Billingsley standards.
• Manage centralized operations: applications, lease documents, renewals, move-ins, notices to vacate, move-outs, and final account statements.
• Escalate complex transactions and resolve questions accurately and timely.
• Regularly review workflows to identify bottlenecks, rework, and opportunities for standardization or automation.
• Partner with leadership to implement AI-driven process improvements and new centralized initiatives.
