Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Centralized Scheduler in Dallas, TX. This full-time, in-office role handles referrals across 100+ outpatient clinics and requires Monday–Friday hours with diverse call volume.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications include bilingual ability; coursework in bookkeeping/accounting or related healthcare setting; 1–2 years medical billing and administrative experience.
• Interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required; strong problem-solving and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduling referrals for 100+ outpatient clinics.
• Answer rollover calls from clinics and call referrals from providers.
• Manage high call volume and return patient voicemails.
• Work with EPIC, Therapy Source and other sites to obtain and call referrals.
• Collaborate with a team of schedulers (approx. 15).
