Job summary

Responsibilities

• Log ROF forms in binder and calendar and notify providers and staff.
• Attend meetings regarding templating.
• Create and maintain clinic schedules.
• Check templates daily for accuracy.
• Update templates based on management emails.
• Respond to emails about template changes.
• Run Centricity Business Informatics reports on the first day of each month.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
