• Receive ROF forms for time off and block scheduling in Centricity
• Log ROF forms and notify providers and staff via email
• Attend templating meetings
• Create and maintain clinic schedules
• Verify daily templates across all clinics for accuracy
• Update templates based on management communications
• Respond to template-related emails
• Run Centricity Business Informatics reports on the first day of each month
