Onni Group of Companies in Phoenix is seeking a Centralized Leasing Agent who will build meaningful relationships with residents and vendors while promoting the value of our properties and helping close leases in a fast-paced setting.

You will follow up with prospects by phone and email, manage leasing data in Yardi, and collaborate with the onsite team and Revenue Management to sustain occupancy and report weekly leasing activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 1-2 years of Multifamily Property Management experience recommended.
• Proficient in Yardi/CRM Flex.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sales techniques to sell the value of the property to potential residents and help close leases.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone and email to convert leads.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident or owner concerns and document requests.
