Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a long-standing industrial distribution company seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to support a large, established territory in the San Joaquin Valley & Central Valley. The role emphasizes field work, relationship building with maintenance and operations teams, and selling technical products in industrial environments.

The ideal candidate will own the territory, manage existing accounts, and develop new business across manufacturing,

Competenze

• 7-10+ years of B2B outside sales experience in industrial products or similar technical sales.
• Experience selling to operations, maintenance, procurement, and leadership teams in plant/facility environments.

Mansioni

• Manage a large Central Valley territory including Fresno, Clovis, Bakersfield and surrounding markets through regular customer visits.
• Develop existing relationships while pursuing new business in manufacturing, food/ag, facility, utility, and plant-level accounts.
• Own the territory with accountability for growth and revenue.
