You will coordinate scheduling, pre-registration, and insurance eligibility for hospital and physician services, while assisting callers with referrals and referrals authorizations as needed.

You will also relay information to clinical staff, perform caller transfers/registrations for classes and events, and support physician referrals and point-of-service collections

Qualificações

• One year of experience in a customer service, sales environment, or clinical setting required.
• Experience with various insurance products preferred.
• Able to keyboard 25 wpm.
• Professional English communication; read, write, speak clearly.
• Proficient with Outlook, Epic, Jabber; basic office equipment operation.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls for the Access Center to provide scheduling services.
• Coordinate scheduling, pre-registration and insurance eligibility for hospital and physician services.
• Explain insurance eligibility status and plan benefits to callers.
