Job summary

POP MART is seeking a seasoned Regional Strategy & Leadership executive for its Retail team in Culver City, CA. You will define and drive the regional roadmap, analyze market and financial data, and allocate resources to maximize growth.

You will lead cross-functional partnerships and own the region’s P&L while modeling high standards of leadership and accountability. You will travel approximately 80% to oversee markets, develop leadership pipelines, and partner with Finance, HR, Marketing and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• 5+ years operating at a strategic regional, multi-market or equivalent level.
• Experience owning or influencing regional P&L, budgets and profitability.
• Ability to translate corporate strategy into regional plans and hold leaders accountable.
• Experience coaching District/Area Managers or equivalent.
• Proven succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
• Executive-level written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel ~80% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic regional roadmap translating corporate priorities into multi-year plans.
• Analyze market, competitive, financial, and operational data to identify opportunities.
• Allocate resources and ensure execution of standards across the region.
• Present strategy and performance to executive leadership with insights and risks.
• Lead field relationships with cross-functional partners to shape pilots and store initiatives.
• Own regional P&L and guide budget priorities and profitability goals.
• Maintain strong field presence through travel and market visits.
• Coach and develop District and Area Managers; build leadership pipelines.
