HDR is seeking a Central Region Transit Market Sector Leader to partner with regional management and the Global Transit Market Sector Director to develop transit and rail market strategies across the Central Region. You will oversee market opportunity assessment, client management, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation planning and/or engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, planning or a related field
• Engineering registration if an engineer
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services
• Experience managing client relationships and program/pursuit endeavours
• Experience in staff development, recruiting and career growth
• Active involvement with industry associations and market presence
• Ability to work with Market Sector Directors and regional leadership across teams
