The role reports to the VP of Retail Sales, guiding branch managers, aligning resources, and using data to deliver consistent growth and superior member service region-wide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership in retail banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to drive sales, growth, productivity, and operations performance.
• Strong financial data analysis and business-driver insight.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Central Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Financial Center Managers across the Central Region.
• Oversee eight financial centers and hold branch leadership accountable for growth, service, and financial results.
• Serve as HUB leader for performance across Wealth, Insurance, Mortgage, and Universal Elite teams.
• Analyze financial results to identify trends and opportunities, improve productivity and growth.
• Ensure consistent member experience across all centers and address opportunities impacting growth.
• Communicate strategies and align resources to execute regional initiatives.
