Job summary

EECU is seeking an experienced Universal Banker Elite Team to provide banker, teller, and operational support across multiple Financial Centers in Fort Worth, TX. This role requires travel between centers to cover vacations, emergencies, and staffing needs, with a focus on opening accounts, CD/IRA/HSAs, and loan processing.

The Senior banker will supervise when management is unavailable, support center teams, and pursue a career path toward Financial Center Management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial or related experience, including loan production, new accounts, teller transactions, and leadership.
• Advanced banking knowledge with the ability to perform all branch operational and member service functions, including platform and teller operations.
• Strong knowledge of credit union products, services, and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sales, and interpersonal skills; empathy and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple Financial Centers to provide banker, teller, and operational support during staffing shortages.
• Open consumer and business accounts, CDs, IRAs, and HSAs; interview members and process loan applications.
• Process deposits/withdrawals/transfers/loan payments; balance daily activity; assist with vault and audits.
• Recommend needs-based products/services to deepen member relationships and meet sales goals.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees in banking procedures.
