Job summary

Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites across the Central region, performing installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and calibrations on Atlas Copco tools and systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and train customers while documenting visits and coordinating travel and logistics.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, strong customer service, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 60% locally and 40% nationally.
• Valid US Driver's License required.
• Strong communication across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, or calibrations.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, programming, and repairs of Atlas Copco tools and systems.
• Create detailed reports and capture costs through timely administrative work.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations to visit customer sites.
• Interface with customers externally within your region and internally within the company.
