HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to oversee technical delivery and staff resources across offices in the region. You will collaborate with business group leads, regional directors, and marketing to pursue and deliver CFS services, while mentoring leaders and ensuring project quality.

Primary location is the Central Region with extensive travel up to 50%. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and maintaining HDR's high standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• 10 years experience in related field.
• Professional registration and related technical experience.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Collaborates with regional directors, operations managers and marketing managers.
• Committed to quality, HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive Construction Field Services growth across all business groups in the region.
• Balance workload, staffing and utilization for CFS staff in the region.
• Participate in regional strategic planning, budgeting and plan implementation.
• Mentor Field Office Principals and develop future leaders.
• Collaborate with business group leads to pursue and deliver CFS services.
• Lead technical delivery partnerships and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor performance and ensure positive client relations.
• Travel up to 50%.
