Job summary

HDR, Inc. invites an experienced Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to guide field delivery across offices. You will report to the Construction Field Services Director and mentor regional leaders while driving growth, staffing, and quality in a multi‑market environment.

You will collaborate with business group leads to pursue and deliver CFS services, develop talent, manage workloads, and maintain client relations. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Construction Field Services growth across all business groups within your region.
• Balance workload, staffing and utilization for Construction Field Services staff in your region.
• Participate in regional business class strategic planning, budgeting and plan implementation.
• Grow, develop and mentor our Field Office Principals and support the growth of our future leaders within Construction Field Services.
• Collaborate with business group leads to form a partnership focused on pursuing and delivering CFS services.
