• Establish and enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for internal drivers.
• Oversee inbound and outbound delivery logistics.
• Supervise internal drivers and manage delivery timetables.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory and prevent stockouts.
• Delegate, train, and evaluate kitchen staff.
• Execute administrative management and ad-hoc mandates from senior management.
