Round One Entertainment Inc. is hiring a Central Kitchen Logistics Manager to lead logistics, inventory flow, and procurement supporting daily kitchen production.

You will oversee receiving, storage, movement, and staging of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods across storage areas, ensuring safety and on-time materials availability. The role requires forklift experience (certification preferred) and offers on-site, in-person work in Downey, CA, with opportunities to lead a small team and

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations or food production environments; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, logistics coordination, or procurement support in a food-related environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control.
• Ability to coordinate logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required.
• Experience sourcing food ingredients or packaging materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, inventory flow, material handling and purchasing activities supporting daily kitchen production.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, movement, and staging of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods across cold, dry, and production areas.
• Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts; ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide on-shift direction to Logistics and Production Associates to ensure materials are available safely and on time.
• Source ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials; maintain procurement records.
• Work cross-functionally to keep materials available safely, efficiently, and on time with leadership guidance.
