Round One is seeking a Food Production Lead to oversee procurement and logistics within our Central Kitchen operations. This hands-on role directs receiving, storage, staging of ingredients and finished goods across cold and dry storage, ensuring on-time availability while maintaining food-safety standards.

The ideal candidate has supervision experience in a fast-paced food production or logistics setting, forklift operation skills, and a strong grasp of inventory, forecasting, and supplier

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or food production environments; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, logistics coordination, or procurement support in a food-related environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, inventory flow, material handling, and procurement activities to support daily kitchen production.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, movement, and staging of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods across cold and dry storage areas.
• Provide on-shift direction to Logistics and Production Associates to ensure materials are available safely, efficiently, and on time.
