Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or food production environments required.
• Experience with inventory management, logistics coordination, or procurement support in a food-related environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control practices.
• Ability to coordinate logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, frozen, and refrigerated environments.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or food production environments preferred.
• Experience sourcing food ingredients or packaging materials is a plus.
• Understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, inventory flow, material handling, and purchasing activities to support daily kitchen production.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, movement, and staging of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods across cold storage, dry storage, and production areas.
• Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Provide on-shift direction to Logistics and Production Associates to ensure materials are available safely and on time.
• Source ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials; maintain procurement records.
