Round1 Entertainment Inc. in Downey, CA is seeking a Central Kitchen Supervisor to lead logistics, inventory flow, and material handling for daily kitchen production.

You will oversee receiving, storage, movement, and staging across cold and dry storage, ensuring timely availability of ingredients and packaging. The role requires forklift operation experience and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, food-production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or food production environments.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, logistics coordination, or procurement support in a food-related environment.
• Strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control practices.
• Ability to coordinate logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, frozen, and refrigerated environments.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or food production environments preferred.
• Experience sourcing food ingredients or packaging materials is a plus.
