Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Central Kitchen Logistics Manager to lead logistics, inventory flow, and purchasing for daily kitchen production.

This hands-on role coordinates receiving, storage, movement, and staging of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods across cold and dry storage and production areas. You will supervise Logistics and Production Associates, operate forklifts, and ensure compliance with food safety and safety procedures while coordinating procurement of

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or food production environments; supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, logistics coordination, or procurement support in a food-related environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control practices.
• Ability to coordinate logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, frozen, and refrigerated environments.
• Lift up to 20 pounds without assistance; heavier items with forklifts or lifting equipment.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or food production environments preferred.
• Experience sourcing food ingredients or packaging materials is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and supplier coordination; understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, inventory flow, material handling and purchasing for daily kitchen production.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, movement, and staging of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods across storage areas.
• Provide on-shift leadership and direction to Logistics and Production Associates.
• Operate material-handling equipment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Source ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials; maintain procurement records.
