Job summary

Lindsay Precast is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to grow our Central Florida presence across Daytona Beach, Orlando, Ocala, Tampa, and surrounding markets. You will travel four days a week, meeting contractors, project managers, estimators, engineers, municipalities, and other key partners to build lasting relationships and win new business.

• Must be willing to travel extensively across Central Florida.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to read customers and translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Lindsay Precast's customer base throughout Central Florida.
• Develop business across Daytona Beach, Orlando, Ocala, Tampa, and surrounding markets.
• Spend four days per week traveling throughout the territory meeting customers face-to-face.
• Travel overnight and stay in hotels as needed to provide territory coverage.
• Build relationships with contractors, project managers, estimators, engineers, municipalities, developers, and other decision-makers.
• Identify upcoming projects and position Lindsay Precast as the preferred precast supplier.
• Generate new opportunities through prospecting, networking, jobsite visits, industry events, and referrals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and develop a clear pathway to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
