Job summary

Lindsay Precast is seeking an experienced Business Development/Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across new markets and industries. The role emphasizes building partnerships, closing new business, and collaborating with operations to ensure a superior customer experience that leads to repeat orders.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business is a plus.
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, electrical engineering, or technology industries.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong understanding of materials and product drawings.
• Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the desire to grow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales growth and develop new opportunities.
• Develop new opportunities in other industries, including energy, data centers, industrial, and transportation.
• Establish contact with existing customers, identify new opportunities, and follow up on potential leads.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and develop customer trust and confidence.
• Effectively position the Company's products and services as the solution to the client's needs.
• Identify and recommend new or enhanced products or service features by soliciting client feedback, monitoring industry trends, and tracking the competitive environment to drive growth.
• Negotiate contracts and utilize successful order-closing strategies to secure orders.
