Job summary

RANDALL Fire Services Division in Florida seeks a Sales & Relationship Developer to attract opportunities and sell Alarm and Suppression projects in Orlando and Central Florida. This hybrid office/road role requires 5+ years in the alarm and fire suppression trades and 5+ years of business development experience.

Ideal candidates will have a High School or higher diploma, strong MS Excel and Bluebeam skills, and excellent English communication; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

• Excellent English communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and develop strategies to attract clients and sales.
• Create detailed proposals for alarm and fire suppression services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing, past, and new clients.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to meet project requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and expand service offerings in Central Florida.
