Job summary

BioLife Plasma is seeking a Center Supervisor in Corpus Christi, TX. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the production area staff, ensuring efficient operations across donor services and processing activities.

Responsibilities include supervising performance and scheduling, driving inventory control, resolving donor concerns, and addressing non-conforming events while coordinating Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching; ability to walk/stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and supervise operational activities.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and effectively communicate to resolve conflicts.
