Job summary

Schnucks Markets, Inc. is seeking a capable leader to serve as a Manager on Duty across Center Store departments, coaching teams to deliver top-tier customer service and store standards. You will drive financial performance and mentor staff to reach high levels of merchandising execution.

Responsibilities include training, partner collaboration, and managing DSD vendors, with 1–3 MOD shifts weekly. Bachelor degree preferred or related experience, and strong MS Office and certification literacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred or relevant work experience considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, iPad, CAO, CT2020 Receiving, SharePoint.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports.
• Plan and execute merchandising excellence in all Center Store departments.
• Strong knowledge of all six center store departments.
• Forklift Certification
• Receiver Certification
• Food Safety Certification.
• Demonstrates resilience, resourcefulness and a positive attitude towards change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Center Store teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Support achievement of financial goals and store conditions in center store departments.
• Balance 1-3 Manager on Duty shifts per week.
• Facilitate training programs and skill development.
• Partner with SAS team and manage DSD vendor trade partners and inventory levels.
