Job summary

Schnucks is seeking a trusted leader to coach, develop, and inspire team members while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store conditions. You will support financial goals by improving operations, merchandising, and labor management across the Center Store department.

Essential responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, and coordinating marketing and pricing programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience required.
• Retail grocery experience 1–3 years preferred.
• Knowledge of Center Store policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Chromebook, and CAO Certified Receiver (or ability to become certified).
• Familiar with Schnucks applications such as Shelfman, DOMO, and WORX scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and maintain store conditions including merchandising, in-stock, freshness, and signage.
• Schedule and supervise department staff.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.
